In the evolving landscape of senior care, Adult Family Homes (AFHs) have emerged as a popular and cost effective option to traditional nursing and assisted living facilities. Because AFHs are not suitable for those requiring intensive care for complex medical issues, or for those who may pose a safety risk to themselves or others, we don’t replace the role of traditional skilled care facilities, however, we do offer a unique, valuable, and more cost-effective option as compared to many senior living arrangements.

Defined as a residential home providing care, lodging, and access to social services for a smaller number of residents, homes like Cascade View are distinguished from other senior care options because of our intimate setting and personalized approach.

We support each of our residents according to the specific needs of their custom care plan to include assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), nutritional management, and personal assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medications reminders and supervision.

At Cascade View, our close interaction with residents helps foster a greater sense of family and community support within the home. We provide more frequent one-on-one attention with a closer relationship between caregivers and residents making us ideal for seniors with memory loss, dementia, mobility issues, emotional support, and those dependent needing routine medication management.

The cornerstone of Cascade View is our personalized care that is tailored to meet the specific needs of your loved one. We welcome the opportunity to meet and discuss existing care plans, review existing protocols prescribed by physicians and practitioners, and determine how we can properly support the specific needs of your loved one.

Cascade View provides ample opportunity for socialization in the form of group activities, family gatherings, shared meals, and holiday events. We firmly believe that social engagement is vital for the emotional well-being of your loved one and for preventing the feelings of isolation or loneliness.

One of the most appealing aspects of Cascade View is the ease of transition for your loved one. We welcome the opportunity for you to visit, or if you reside locally, we welcome the opportunity to visit with you and your loved one to conduct a free Assessment.
